A trusted authority in the South Florida medical community, Dr. Martínez completed his Internal Medicine residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach and his Geriatric Medicine Fellowship at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. He later completed a specialized fellowship in Endocrinology at Beth Israel in New York City.
Before establishing his private practice in Miramar, Dr. Martínez spent 20 years mentoring the next generation of doctors as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Florida International University (FIU) and Nova Southeastern University.
