How is the practice different from a traditional endocrinology practice?
To devote more time to each patient’s care and individual needs, My Endo Concierge intentionally limits the size of our practice. We offer amenities and benefits designed to personalize and enhance your endocrine care experience.
Our practice model enables longer patient appointments and if an issue requires extra time, we will accommodate you to the best of our ability. For after-hours urgent issues, you will be able to contact us easily and directly.
What are the benefits of joining a concierge endocrinology practice?
As a member of My Endo Concierge you will receive personalized endocrine care. Flexible appointment scheduling, direct communications, and no waiting in the office make your experience extremely convenient. Dr. Martinez has more time to develop individualized wellness plans, coordinate care with your primary care physician or other specialists, and spend more time with you during visits to ensure all your concerns are addressed.
Does concierge medicine replace health insurance? Do I still need Medicare or health insurance if I enroll with you?
Your membership fee covers the enhanced time, care, and communication you get from your doctor. You still need to keep your insurance for in office services, potential hospital stays, specialist visits, and emergencies.
Will my private insurance or Medicare reimburse my annual fee?
No. The annual fee is not covered by private insurance or Medicare
What are my annual fee payment options?
Your annual fee may be paid annually, semiannually, or quarterly via ACH bank transfer or credit/debit card.
